The Pro's and Con's of Craigslist

Craigslist uses a very simple HTML code that can be used in your post. I recommend that you have at least 100 words; this will give you post a high content-to-code ratio. The Google crawler looks for web pages with a high content-to-code ratio in their algorithms. I always use an anchor text in my post to anchor one of my key words back to my website. I recommend you embed a link to your site. For example if you key word is online shopping this is how it would look.
The down side to Craigslist is the competition can vote you off. Everyone is competing for Google placement and selling their product. In short this means your competition will report you as spam and your post won’t last long. There are some out there that will use robots to search and destroy your post as spam.
