Favorite Camp Sites in New England By Randy Smith My family and I enjoy camping because of the quality time we spending time together as a family. Yes most of these sites have cable and showers but, there seems to more time for family board games with out the need for an ipod or some other electronic device. There are several great places to camp in New England depending on what you are looking for. If you’re looking for a great RV park I would recommend Campers Haven in Denis Port Massachusetts. They have their own private beach, mini golf for kids and a penny candy store that also sells ice cream. Fishermen’s also allows RV’s as well as tents. It’s a great spot for families looking to due some bike riding and other out door activities. Fishermen’s is close the beaches in RI but is not on the beach. You can also have a fire a Fishermen’s camp sites. Burlington and George Washington camp sites give the feel of being in the great out doors. They are a little further from the beaches but both have lakes that you can fish in. There are hot showers and bath rooms if you camping in a tent. If you choose to stay here plan on bring your own food and ice. You can have a fire at both of these sites so bring the marshmallows. http://onesource.eordersonline.com
